Real Estate Partnership Management System
A two-partner real estate business tracked property purchases, construction costs, vendor payments, and sale proceeds through Urdu notes, paper receipts, and spreadsheets — with no reliable view of who invested what or who owed whom after each deal.
We built a production web app for a Pakistani real estate partnership that replaces informal tracking with one bilingual system. Both partners manage properties, approve transactions, upload receipt proof, and see settlement status in plain language — from the field on a phone or at a desk.

The Challenge
Deal data lived in WhatsApp voice notes, handwritten Urdu slips, and Excel files that never matched. After a sale, calculating each partner's investment, cash on hand, profit share, and final settlement took hours — and mistakes caused real disputes.
Our Solution
A PHP platform with property and colony-unit tracking, vendor categories, transaction approval workflow, receipt photo uploads, partner dashboards, and a financial engine that only counts approved entries. Quick Entry adds voice capture and AI parsing of informal Urdu/English notes, plus CSV, Excel, and PDF exports and automated cloud backups.
The Results
- Full property & vendor ledger with approval workflow
- Automated partner settlement — invested, cash held & profit share
- Urdu voice + AI quick entry for field expense logging
- Colony/plot development with per-unit sale tracking
- Dashboard KPIs, charts & category expense breakdown
- Google Drive backups, audit log & bilingual EN/UR UI
Platform Integrations
Connected systems that keep the organization running from one hub.
AI-assisted quick entry
Partners dictate or paste informal Urdu/English notes — the system parses amounts, vendors, and property context into draft transactions.
Hands-free field capture
Web Speech API records Urdu voice notes on mobile and feeds them into the same quick-entry pipeline.
Automated off-site backups
Scheduled database and receipt backups sync to cloud storage so deal history is never lost.
Reports when needed
Transactions, properties, and partner summaries export to CSV, Excel, or PDF for accountants and reviews.
