An online training organization needed a student assistant that answers from real course materials — not generic internet advice — and plugs into their existing live support channels.
We evolved a basic chat integration into a production AI trainer grounded in the organization's own content. Students ask in English or Roman Urdu; the bot retrieves relevant course material, stays within cohort boundaries, and hands off honestly when confidence is low.

The Challenge
Early demos could reply in chat but pulled from the model's general knowledge — wrong cohort answers, over-confident guesses, and no link to what was actually taught in class.
Our Solution
A Next.js platform with vector search over ingested transcripts and docs, retrieval-augmented generation, live support webhook handling, optional student identity checks, and an admin console for bulk content ingest — tuned so answers follow training material, not imagination.
